QuickFlyers.ai is an AI-powered web application that enables users to create professional, print-ready A4 flyers through natural language conversation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use QuickFlyers.ai to:

• Create adult content or sexually explicit material
• Create illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using QuickFlyers.ai. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the service.

6. Credits and Payments

QuickFlyers.ai operates on a credit-based system with subscription plans and one-time top-ups.

• Initial flyer creation: 20 credits
• Revisions: 15 credits
• Minor tweaks: 5 credits

Subscriptions renew automatically. Unused credits do not roll over.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for your use.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
